Just by the mechanism of inflammation and tissue damage caused by the spike proteins, which are known to concentrate in the ovaries and testes to a lesser extent, it is highly likely that permanent damage/scarring in these organs will affect ovum production as well as sperm production. This doesn't even look at possible auto-immune conditions triggered by the nano-lipid particles that the mRNA is encapsulated in. Each individual is different of course, but overall I would predict a permanent decline in fertility rates for vaccinated populations.

I also checked the plot , there is no outlier detected, that means the conclusion is not skewed by random outliers.
