This is a part of my UKHSA series reports about how well (and actually NOT so well) is the vaccine working in the UK. Here are some of my previous posts. UKHSA is out with their Week 8 report. This covers Weeks 4-7. This means that about 3 out of 4 weeks of their data INCLUDES REINFECTIONS. As Reinfections affect the vaccinated more, they add further to the deterioration of just how badly the boosted are doing compared to the vaccine-free Brits.

i told all my family i didnt care if it was a chocolate milkshake,they could stick it where the sun dont shine.I no longer have anyone in my family not jabbed.I am not permitted to see my 2 day old grand daughter,the sports teams i used to play in are no longer a part of my life,all because of some virus thats 99% survivable.My daughter got stung by a march fly,4 days for the swelling to dissapate,thats not normal,my BIL had an op and developed blood clots,every time my wife has a complaint i fear its the jab.I really fear for the welfare of my family ,and i can say nothing
Igor, I mostly only read Substacks now and I greatly enjoy yours. Once in awhile, I go onto CNN to see what lies and drivel they are posting there now. Today, they had this article, which states that it is all unvaccinated in the hospitals and dying. I read on another Substack (I've forgotten whose) that, instead of negative vaccine efficacy, we should interpret these data as indicating the failure of the immune systems of the boosted. A disaster...
As I said on another thread: seeming vindication about how harmful these mRNA shots really are, is a bitter pill, as just about all my loved ones are vaxxed.
I just finished my write-up of the most recent Norwegian numbers, which are very much supportive of what you present:
Boosted at 3X risk of hospitalisation, fully vaxxed at 4X risk of ICU admission, 5X risk of ventilation required, all relative to 'the unvaccinated'; meanwhile, in the past 4 weeks, 'all-cause injected' die at 3X the rate of 'the unvaxxed'
Mind you, these aren't 'cases', these are hospitalisations, ICU admissions (incl. req's of mechanical ventilation) and deaths; can't really compare 'case rates' as the Norwegian test data is super crappy by now, but it would appear to me that the Norwegian rates are (even) worse than the ones from the UK and the US, which suggests that either the Norwegians are more 'honest' about the numbers or the rates you report on are lowballed.
Would you mind taking a look at the Norwegian numbers and provide me with an estimation?
Am I seeing this correctly? Shouldn’t the blue lines be shorter than the red lines in the death chart showing the rates, or f the boosted are dying at a higher rate? Maybe I’m not understanding what is being shown.

Torn between compassion and remembering all of the horrible things they want to do and have threatened to do to the unvaxxed. It would be too easy to just write them all off, as most of them so easily have done to us.

How do you arrive at that calculation --data from Table 12 (a) & 12(b)?
The protection against death still seems to be intact for boosted, according to your chart. Am I misreading that?
Your chart shows unvaxxed dying at higher rates than the boosted.
