From a more selfish perspective, I sincerely hope that those of us who remain unvaccinated yet were infected with Covid are not vulnerable to the Cancer causing proteins coded into the Covid virus since our DNA was never altered.

There are a couple of caveats here. First, this report discovered the phenomenon "in vitro", not "in vivo". Secondly, there is a lot of junk in the DNA, so one needs to show that this piece of DNA is actually responsible for the protein production. That said, this is a good first step. It is surprising that the powers that be allowed this piece of research to even be published without the researchers doing the usual ritual of heil pfizer.
How many times have people with common sense said, from the get go, "no one knows whether these things are safe yet..., no one", because the data/studies aren't done yet.....and as more and more data accumulates and the number of studies grow, the answer is becoming clearer by the day - they aren't safe.
This 4chan post I thought was a LARP is starting to sound real and that is VERY scary. VERY VERY SCARY. The post claims that offspring of vaccinated will have premature ovarian failure. You beat me to the connection to the MSH3 Moderna sequence and this new study showing reverse transcription and inclusion in host DNA. FYI, MSH3 is one of the known mutations to cause Lynch Syndrome, this is a syndrome that increases the risk of multiple types of cancer over the course of a lifetime. Now, the MSH3 mutation in Lynch Syndrome will be in every cell in the body since it is there at conception; however, if MSH3 comes from the vaccine or SARS-CoV-2 it will only be possible for it to be incorporated into the DNA of the cells that the virus or vaccine spike mRNA get into. If said cell is not destroyed, it will divide and any descendant of that cell will also have the MSH3 mutation. Any geneticists readings this? I would love your thoughts on if I have understood this correctly and also what the possible severity of the impact of this is.
It takes a lot more than just integration into DNA for expression of a gene. However, the main concern IMO would be the possibility of mutation in the germ line - i.e. unintended mutations transmitted in sperm or eggs in humans. Even then the results may not be terribly serious in most cases, but we are not supposed to screw with the germline.

I've got to think about this more.. "Why" drives me in life.
When you take it all in, it is dark. I have many bright minds around but all grow silent when debating the "Why" here.. because "what next" requires mental elasticity and to not get lost in that hopelessness. A few minds I've known just sit for days after their "I will solve what is next."

Seems like the LINE-1 upregulation is the key here as none of this happens without it. So what causes that, is it something with the Spike mRNA or possibly one of the other vaccine additives? Would be nice to get that answered.
I scanned the paper and didn't see any discussion or speculation regarding if this was unique to the vaccine or possible from Covid infection also. One thing that did pop out was that the paper didn't start with the usual, "it's well know that vaccines are one of the greatest medical achievements of all time (blah, blah, blah)" which is usually obligatory when suggesting anything that could be remotely construed as negative. Looks like this one got past the gatekeepers.
BTW anyone see Bancel's rattled appearance on Maria this morning when questioned about the 19 nucleotide sequence? Luigi Warren yesterday commented that he thought the Daily Mail article was BS. Today after seeing Bancel now he's not so sure. Haha.
I'm no expert on such matters, and I hope I'm wrong, but this sounds like a nightmare scenario; as in not only current injected individuals but future generations may have been profoundly damaged by deceitful, coercive injection crusaders!

This would be along the same lines and grave concerns that Senior MIT researcher Stephanie Seneff has been expressing.
